Herping
Two friends take a walk on a pleasant spring day. Although the weather is warm, they wear long pants and gloves. One of them carries a long pole. They cross the fields, their eyes constantly scanning the ground. When they find a long or large stone, they lift it up and peer into the darkness beneath. You might imagine they are trying to find a buried chest packed with gold or a mine filled with precious diamonds. But the treasure they seek is something very different. it is a slithery snake, a slimy frog, or a scaly lizard.
