please refer to the booking no. y7v98v. kindly be informed that by our terms and conditions has stated that once the booking is confirmed and the payment is made, it is not allowed to change and cancel but to refer to korea terms and conditions, we can perform a name change for guest from one guest to a different guest with a name change fee of 93,000 krw per guest per one booking.

if you agree for the name change fee , kindly revert your confirmation back to us. please be informed that the name change is allowed to do until 48 hours before departure. with this the name change fee will be applied 93,000 krw per guest per one booking as informed earlier. please kindly prepare the copies of passports both of the original guest and the new guest who will travel in this booking.

you may contact call centre to manage a process of name change online for you. kindly prepare the copy of passport of the guest that would like to do a change or an amendment or you can contact call centre for your assistance in regards of changing the guest name.
