계약서 관련된 구문인데 해석이 어렵네요...고수님 부탁좀 드립니다..

The relationship hereby established between the Company and the Distributor during the effective
period of this Agreement shall be solely that of seller and buyer, and the Distributor shall be in
no way an agent of the Company and shall not at any time represent itself as such, nor shall the
Distributor incur, assume or create any debt, obligation,contract or release of any kind in the name of
or on behalf of the Company. The Distributor is not given the authority to bind the Company in any contracts or agreements whatsoever
