문법문제 풀다가 잘 모르는 부분이 있어서 질문좀 드릴께요.

빈칸에 들어갈 것을 고르는 문제인데요 답은 both of which 인데 both which는 안되나요?
저는 mrs. woo is able to switch between japanese and chinese,and she speaks fluently both japanese and chinese.
가 원래 문장인데 japanese and chinese 가 중복되니까 which로 써줄 수 있고 따라서
mrs. woo is able to switch between japanese and chinese,both whichshe speaks fluently.
이렇게 생각했거든요. 제 생각이 틀린건가요? 틀렸다면 어디서 틀렸는지좀 알려주시고 설명좀해주세요.

이런 문장이있는데요 뒷부분이 해석이 잘안되서요; 여기서 kick이 어떤의미로 사용된건가요? 사전찾아봐도
잘모르겠던데...

여기서 빈칸에 들어갈 것을 고르는 것인데요.
정답은 most of the trouble인데요 제가 궁금한건 보기에 most troubles도 있었는데 이게 답이 되지 못하는 이유는
동사가 was니까 안되는건가요(주어와 동사의 수일치), 아니면 that절 이하가 뒤에서 수식해주고있는데 부정관사나
정관사를 안써서 답이 안되는건가요? 답변좀해주세요. 감사합니다!!
