Bad condition, maybe secondhand shoes.
Unfortunately, due to possible system constraints or an invalid e-mail

we have not heard back from you.
All of our products are new and received directly from the manufacturer.
Please reply with further details regarding the condition of your shoes.
Also, please provide us with the packed by information, which is located
on the outside of the package.

아마존에서 구두를 사셨나보군요... 님께서 아마존의 Feedback 설문(제품 구매후 간단하게 남기는 조사양식)에 답변하신 내용 중에 \상태가 아주 안좋고 아마도 누가 신던 신발같다\는 표현을 하신 것 때문에 아마존에서 본인들은 새 제품만 취급하고, 제조자로부터 직접 물건을 공급받기때문에 그럴 일은 없겠으나 님이 구매하신 신발의 상태를 좀더 상세하게 알려달라고 연락한 것 같습니다.... 꼼꼼하네요...
