질문1 밑줄친 2번의 they 는 1번의 they 와 같은건가요? 아니면 ways 인가요?

만약 같은거라면 that은 관계 대명사 목적격 일거 같고 ways라면 accept가 자동사로 쓰인건데 헷갈리네요..
