여기서 답이 whether은 되고 if는 안된다는데 그 이유가 뭐죠?? 제생각엔 if도 if or not처럼 or not이 바로 붙는경우를 제외하고는 if도 사용할수 있다고 알고 있었거든요...그리고 여기서 whether로 시작하는 절이 the same을 수식하는 형용사절이 맞나요??? 또 다른 문제는요
