대중주의라는 용어는 처음 조직된 파퓰리스트당 혹은 인민당에서 1891년에 미국에서 유래했다.
본문에서 that은 관계대명사로 쓰인것 같은데 계속적 용법에는 that을 못쓴다고 했는데...혹시 쓰임이 다른건가요???
