Arguments about cost seem petty and also misguided,since PE departments would continue to exist to servethose that chose to study PE voluntarily,even if the subject were no longer compulsory.even if 가 가정법을 나타내는 것 같지는 않은데 왜 동사가 were가 사용되었는지 궁금합니다.
