답은 b랑 c인데요.

b는 알겠는데 c를 잘 모르겠어요^^;

답지에는
시간,조건의부사절에서 미래시제는 현제시제로 표현한다고 나와있는데
시간,조건의부사가 before인가요? 아니면 앞에있는 although인가요?

그리구 해설+a에 이렇게 나와있어요.

주의해야할 before 구문: it may be years before aquaclture will yield ~: ~하기전에 수년이 걸린다-수년 뒤에야 ~할 수 있다.
이 때는 왜 will써요?
이걸 구분하는 기준이 뭔가요?
