이렇게 되있는데 이게 어떻게 같나요?

위에 문장은 비인칭주어it 아랫문장은 가주어와 의미상주어 진주어 같은걸로 보이는데 정확히 설명좀여just as i was leaving the house, it occured to me that i had fogotten my cellphone.

이 문장도 질문좀 드립니다. it 이 비인칭 주어라는데, 제가 보기엔 가주어라고 봐도 될 거같은데요.

아니면 it seems, appears that 구문같은것처럼 it occurs 이런식으로 봐야 하는건가요?
