i am returning this watch to your customer service department because it is not working again.
i purchased the watch a year ago and, i had the watch fixed 6months ago.
it was fine for a month after repairs.
but again it loses 10 to 15 minutes every day.
it was the same reason i sent the watch to your company for service at that time.
and the warranty says that it has a twenty-four-month free service guarantee.
so i guess that your company will service it without any additional charge.
if this is not the case, please contact me at 543-7823
otherwise, i expect that you will get the watch done by march 30th.
i am also including the receipt for my watch.
i truly appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

저는 이 시계를 다시 한번 서비스센터에 보냅니다. 또 작동을 안해서요.
이 시계는 1년전에 구입했는데 이미 6개월 전에도 한번 수리를 받았습니다.
수리받은 후 1개월은 괜찮았구요.
그런데 또 다시 매일 10분~ 15분씩 늦어지네요.
6개월전에도 이런 증상으로 수리의뢰했구요.
무상보증기간은 구입후 24개월이라고 명시되어있으니
아마도 이번에도 무상으로 수리해주시리라 생각합니다.
