답은 in others drought인데요
이게 해설을 봐도 이해가안되네요.
해설에서는 원래 줄이기 전 문장은 nebraska has floods in some years and has drought in others(=other years)
인데 has가 반복되니까 뒤에 has를 없애고 and 지우고 여기까지는 이해가 되는데요
and대신에 콤마찍고 drought하고 in others하고 순서바뀐다는데 이거 왜그런거죠 ㅡㅡ;;
이런경우는 처음 본거같네요;; 설명좀부탁드려요.

이문장 해석도 잘안되고... 뒤에 원래 he was exalted인데 도치된건가요?
그렇다면 왜 도치시켜준거죠? 부정문이 튀어나간것도아니고... 잘 이해가 안되네요;
